Plot
Successful psychoanalyst Dr. Henry Harriston is on the brink of a breakdown when he impulsively agrees to swap apartments with Frenchwoman Beatrice Saulnier. Unfamiliar with each other's lives, they become unexpectedly entangled in one another's worlds. While the exchange initially promises lighthearted amusement, complications arise when Beatrice's jealous lover assaults Henry, and Beatrice inadvertently steps in as a substitute therapist for Henry's clients. As chaos ensues, both must navigate the complexities of their new lives, leading to surprising revelations and personal growth amid the turmoil.
