Plot
Set against the backdrop of the 1980s, Anna, a determined sprinter from Czechoslovakia, is laser-focused on Olympic glory. However, her aspirations falter when she collapses during a training session and discovers the coaches have been administering steroids without her knowledge. Faced with a moral dilemma, Anna initially chooses to reject the performance-enhancing drugs. Yet, with her mother's support, she ultimately succumbs to the pressure, leading her down a complicated path of ambition, ethics, and the quest for success in a world where winning can come at a high cost.
