Plot

Kevin, a frustrated boy facing the upheaval of moving away from his best friend Donna, feels resentment and vows to run away. His journey leads him to the bleak Land Without Feelings, a realm dominated by the cold-hearted Professeur Coldheart. Meanwhile, Donna teams up with the Care Bears, who embark on a mission to rescue Kevin from this emotionless domain.
