Plot
In post-World War II Cabo Blanco, Peru, cafe owner Giff Hoyt finds himself entangled in a web of intrigue involving fleeing Nazis and their pursuers. When the suspicious death of a sea explorer is brushed aside by the corrupt local authorities, Giff’s curiosity is piqued. He steps in to protect Marie, a newcomer who is being threatened by the local police chief. As Giff delves deeper, he suspects Beckdorff, a Nazi refugee in the town, who is on a quest to locate hidden treasure beneath the waves.
