Plot

While on a dream vacation in Europe, the Hollander family faces an unexpected twist when their flight is diverted to the fictional country of Vulgaria. Eager to capture the moment, they snap photos, inadvertently sparking accusations of espionage. As they find themselves pursued by local soldiers, their only sanctuary becomes the American Embassy, where they are sheltered by the ambassador's inept son, who is left to manage the chaotic situation. Comedy ensues as the family navigates their precarious predicament and the absurdities of diplomacy.
