Dream with the Fishes (1997)

Plot

Terry, a despondent voyeur, finds an unexpected connection with a terminally ill addict named Frank. In a twist of fate, Terry proposes a dark arrangement: he will indulge Frank in one last wild binge, but only if Frank agrees to end his life afterward. As they embark on a frenetic journey filled with hedonism and introspection, the two men confront their own mortality and the meaning of existence.
