Cathy Moriarty
Cathy Moriarty-Gentile, born on November 29, 1960, is a distinguished actress from the United States.
She made her film debut in Martin Scorsese's acclaimed movie Raging Bull in 1980, portraying Vikki LaMotta, the wife of the main character played by Robert De Niro. Her captivating performance garnered her a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. In 1995, she starred alongside Andrew Dice Clay in the CBS sitcom Bless This House, which had a brief run. Moriarty later took on the role of the antagonist Carrigan Crittenden in the 1995 family film Casper and played Rose Donlan, the spouse of a corrupt police officer portrayed by Harvey Keitel, in the 1997 film Cop Land. She had another collaboration with De Niro in the 2002 comedy Analyze That, where she played the role of Patti LoPresti, a female Mafia leader.
