Plot

LAPD Captain Gibbs launches a relentless pursuit of master car thief Maindrian Pace after an attempt to steal his son-in-law's vehicle. Operating under the guise of an insurance investigation firm, Pace is secretly hired by a South American drug lord to steal 48 cars. As the police scramble to catch him, tensions rise when Pace's boss betrays him, revealing their next heist. The climax unfolds with a high-speed chase through Southern California, as the police target Pace in "Eleanor," the final car needed to complete his dangerous assignment.
