Plot

Marshall Kao, a former Shaolin monk, captures his old classmates and suggests to his Qing commander a different approach than execution—he intends to torture them into submission. However, his methods resemble intense kung fu training, pushing the captives to their limits. As Kao’s unconventional tactics raise eyebrows among the Qing governor and his advisors, Princess Shao Lung finds herself intrigued by his true intentions, leading to unexpected dynamics. Suspicion and admiration intertwine as Kao’s plan unfolds, challenging loyalties and revealing deeper connections among the captives and their captor.
