Plot

Facing a hectic holiday rush, the dedicated team of post office detectives—Oliver, Shane, Rita, and Norman—are determined to ensure every letter reaches its destination before Christmas. Amidst their busy schedules, Oliver unexpectedly encounters his former Sunday school teacher. When they receive a heartfelt letter not meant for Santa, but directed to God, the group must put aside their travel plans to preserve a little girl’s Christmas spirit. As they navigate their own struggles with painful memories, a mysterious volunteer named Jordan helps the Postables uncover the true meaning of miracles this holiday season.
