Plot
In "The War Is Over," Diego, a prominent leader in the Spanish Communist Party, finds himself in a precarious situation while traveling from Madrid to Paris. After being detained for an ID check at the border, he cleverly escapes captivity. Once in Paris, Diego embarks on a desperate mission to locate a fellow comrade, aiming to prevent him from returning to Madrid, where he risks being captured.
