Plot

Set in the early 1930s, the Japanese Imperial Navy embarks on an ambitious project to build the largest battleship ever, the Yamato. Admiral Yamamoto Isoroku voices his concerns about the undertaking and teams up with brilliant mathematician Tadashi Kai. As they delve deeper into the project's finances, they uncover troubling inconsistencies between the projected costs and the reality. Their investigation reveals a shocking conspiracy that threatens not only the battleship's future but also the integrity of the naval leadership.
