Plot
Arnold Mosk, a sharp-witted yet jaded student with a reputation for drug use, finds himself in a high school disciplinary program designed for troubled teens. There, he quickly becomes the focus of Doug Van Housen, a psychopathic bully, and his crew, who see Arnold as their next target.
