Plot
Mohammed Ali Jinnah’s journey as the architect of modern Pakistan unfolds through poignant flashbacks as he seeks peace in the afterlife. The narrative kicks off in 1947, showcasing Jinnah’s fervent advocacy for a separate nation for Muslims, which frustrates Lord Mountbatten. In an effort to sway Jinnah, Mountbatten enlists Gandhi and Nehru, but Gandhi surprisingly supports Jinnah’s vision, creating tension with Nehru. Ultimately, Jinnah declines the offer to serve as prime minister. The story then delves back to 1916, exploring the intricate political landscape that shaped his monumental quest.
