Plot

In "15 Minutes," Eastern European criminals Oleg and Emil arrive in New York City to collect their share from a heist. Oleg snatches a video camera, documenting their legal and illicit escapades. As they discover how the American media can twist narratives, turning a cold-blooded murderer into a victim and profiting from it, they decide to exploit this. They target NYPD Detective Eddie Flemming and FDNY Fire Marshal Jordy Warsaw, who are investigating the murder and arson of their ex-partner. Their plan involves filming everything to sell to the sensational tabloid show "Top Story."
