Plot
The Wolves baseball team is thrown into turmoil upon learning that K.C. Higgins, whom they perceive as a clueless meddler, has inherited the franchise. To their surprise, K.C. is a savvy and stunning woman passionate about the game. Second baseman Dennis Ryan quickly finds himself smitten. Meanwhile, his charming yet reckless roommate, Eddie O'Brien, has plans of his own for the new owner. Complications arise as unsavory gamblers also target Eddie, leading to a series of comedic and romantic entanglements that challenge the team's dynamics and their love for the game.
