Plot
Antoine, a history teacher in his 50s, faces the unsettling reality of his worsening hearing loss. Rather than confront this challenge, he retreats into his own isolated world, leaving friends and family concerned about his eccentric behavior. Everything changes when he meets Claire, a widow with a mute daughter. Their connection prompts Antoine to break free from his self-imposed silence, encouraging him to engage with life again. As he navigates this new relationship, he begins to rediscover the joys of communication and the importance of community.
