Plot

Melvin Hoover, an aspiring photographer for Look magazine, meets the charming actress Judy LeRoy in a park, leading to a budding romance. Eager to showcase her talent, Melvin proposes a photo shoot, but his boss dismisses the idea. Determined to win Judy’s heart, Melvin faces another obstacle: her father, who prefers her to wed the reliable Harry Black. Desperate to prove his worth, Melvin vows to secure Judy’s cover spot in the magazine, a challenge that proves more difficult than he anticipated, as he races against time and expectations.
