Plot

Resort developer Madison Lane heads to Christmas, Colorado, to scout a potential site for a new ski resort. Her arrival is marked by a minor collision with the town's welcome sign, leading Sheriff Gage McBride to offer her a lift into town as her vehicle is towed. During her stay, Madison is unknowingly swept into the town's charming efforts to persuade her that Christmas is the ideal location for her project. Amidst the festive atmosphere, she begins to question her professional priorities and the true meaning of home.
