Plot

Set in 1599 Italy, Beatrice Cenci endures a horrific existence under the tyrannical rule of her father, Francesco Cenci, who confines her in a castle dungeon and subjects her to relentless abuse. Desperate for freedom, Beatrice enlists the help of her stepmother, her infatuated servant Olimpio, and a local bandit named Catalano. Together, they devise a dangerous plan to eliminate Francesco and liberate Beatrice from her nightmarish life. As their conspiracy unfolds, tensions rise, and the stakes become perilously high.
