Midnight Fly (2001)

Plot

Michelle, a middle-aged woman from Hong Kong, seeks solace from her troubled marriage on a trip to Southern France. Amid the dreary landscape and a dismal tour group, she forms a friendship with Miki, an eccentric young Japanese traveler grappling with her own issues. Their adventure takes an unexpected turn when they decide to venture to Morocco after the tour. However, their plans spiral into chaos when Miki is abducted by a modern-day slave trader, forcing Michelle to confront her fears and fight for her friend's safety.
