Plot

In 2013, a dramatic clash erupted on Everest, sparking global media attention as European climbers were chased by furious Sherpas. Director Jennifer Peedom and her crew aimed to document the 2014 climbing season from the Sherpas’ perspective. However, their project took a tragic turn when a massive ice block fell onto the ascent path, leading to one of the mountain's deadliest disasters. The film explores the harrowing experiences of the Sherpas and the challenges they face in a perilous environment where ambition and nature collide.
