Plot

Evil scientist Dr. Kochin resurrects his long-gone mentor, Dr. Wheelo, using the dragon balls, aiming for global domination. With his original body lost in an avalanche decades ago, Wheelo seeks to inhabit the strongest fighter's form. Mistakenly identifying Master Roshi as the mightiest warrior, Kochin kidnaps Bulma to coerce Roshi into submission. Upon learning of their peril, Goku springs into action to rescue his friends.
