Plot

Set in 1880 British India, Robert Case, a mixed-race lieutenant, faces unjust dismissal from the army due to false charges fueled by his superiors' racism. Seeking redemption, he allies with Bengali rebels fighting against colonial forces. During their struggle, they capture a foreign journalist, to whom Case reveals his harrowing tale. After a fierce British assault, Case is mercilessly shot by Colonel Drewe, the very man who wronged him. The journalist, now armed with the truth, vows to expose the real narrative behind the events surrounding The Brigand of Kandahar.
