Plot
A greenhouse worker's life takes a terrifying turn when an insect bite from an exotic plant leads to a mysterious illness. Rushed to the emergency room, he is found to be infected with an unidentified bacteria and a bizarre parasite that manifests as a large, slimy worm emerging from his mouth. As more patients exhibit similar symptoms, the situation escalates. An accidental exposure to a genetic growth stimulant transforms the worm into a gigantic beast, unleashing chaos and carnage in the hospital's deserted wing, leaving staff and patients fighting for their lives.
