Plot
Eva Dandridge has dedicated her life to caring for her younger sisters since their parents' tragic passing. Her overprotective nature often frustrates her brothers-in-law, who long for a little freedom from her constant meddling. To resolve their dilemma, they enlist Ray, a charming local playboy, paying him $5,000 to woo Eva and distract her. Initially, the arrangement seems to work perfectly, but complications arise when Ray finds himself genuinely falling for the uptight yet endearing Eva, leading to unexpected twists in their relationship.
