Masked Ward (2020)

Plot

On-call substitute doctor Shugo is thrust into a nightmare when a masked criminal, donning a clown mask, takes him hostage. The intruder insists that Shugo treat a wounded high school girl named Hitomi, while locking down the hospital. Trapped with 64 unfamiliar patients, Shugo must navigate the chaos and find a way to save everyone, including himself. As tensions rise, the stakes become increasingly dire, forcing Shugo to confront both the physical and psychological challenges of a dire situation.
