Plot

Naive waitress and aspiring singer Carol, feeling isolated in Los Angeles, stumbles upon a job listing for the White Orchid nightclub in Tokyo. Eager for a fresh start, she travels to Japan, only to uncover the disturbing reality of the club's Yakuza ties and its hidden prostitution ring. Stripped of her passport and funds, Carol finds an unexpected ally in Shiro, who tries to shield her from the club’s unscrupulous managers, Madame Mori and her husband Hatanaka, who relentlessly push her to entertain the unwanted advances of clients.
