Plot

Anthropology Professor Robert Orwell Sutwell teams up with his secretary Marianne to research teenage sexual behavior. Meanwhile, a lively group of surfing teens, featuring Frankie and Dee Dee, engage in spirited singing and dancing rather than romantic escapades. Their carefree summer is interrupted by a rivalry with the mischievous motorcycle gang led by Eric Von Zipper. Amidst surf and sun, the teens showcase their talents, grooving to the infectious sounds of Dick Dale and the Del Tones while navigating the antics of their rivals.
