Plot
Nineteen-year-old Mirjam seems to have it all: a stellar reputation as a world champion freestyle disco dancer and the admiration of her contemporary evangelical church. However, beneath the surface, her body is suffering, culminating in a dramatic collapse during the dance world championships as she defends her title. Rather than addressing her struggles, her family suggests she deepen her religious commitment. In her quest for clarity, Mirjam seeks solace in a stricter, more traditional church, prompting a journey of self-discovery and faith.
