Plot

Wilfred Butler's dilapidated mansion, left to his grandson Jeffrey after his tragic suicide in 1987, stands as a relic of the past, blocking potential development. As Christmas 2012 approaches, Jeffrey arrives in town with his lawyer, hoping to finalize the sale of the property. However, their plans are quickly thwarted by a violent intruder wielding an axe, who has taken up residence in the house. With danger lurking in the shadows, Jeffrey must confront the dark legacy of his family's history while navigating the treacherous path to reclaiming the home.
