Plot

Grand Fenwick, the diminutive nation from The Mouse That Roared, faces a plumbing crisis in its castle. Desperate for funds to upgrade their hot water system, they turn to the U.S. for assistance in space research. The Soviets, eager to showcase their own commitment to global space exploration, also offer aid. As the Grand Duke fantasizes about luxurious baths, the country’s sole scientist hastily assembles a rocket. With both the U.S. and the Soviets catching wind of this unexpected launch, a frantic race to the moon ensues, igniting a comical international competition.
