Plot

On the war-torn planet Venus, a brutal civil conflict rages between the factions of Ishtar and Aphrodia. Enter Susan Sommers, an upbeat reporter who reaches Aphrodia's capital just before its fall to Ishtar. She soon befriends a group of thrill-seeking teenagers who embrace a high-octane motorcycle sport akin to Roller Derby. As the situation escalates, daring rider Hiro and his crew are drawn into the fight for their homeland. Hiro's exceptional skills on the mono-cycles become crucial as they strive to reclaim Aphrodia from the clutches of their foes.
