Plot
James Urbanski, a despised alcoholic known for his abusive behavior, is found dead after a night out. His wife, Joyce, endures his theft and violence, while his close friend, Cynthia Kellogg, fears she may be his next victim. Tensions rise during the outing when James is brutally attacked, resulting in a fatal throat cut. With so many who had motives to see him gone, the police are left puzzled as to who among his circle might be responsible for his demise. Each suspect has their own reasons to wish him dead, complicating the investigation.
