Set in 1970s Kansai, Yong-Gil, a Korean immigrant, operates a modest eatery called Yakiniku Dragon. Married with three daughters, he navigates the complexities of their lives. The eldest, Jung-Hwa, experiences heartbreak when her boyfriend Tetsuo ends their relationship. However, her middle sister Yi-Hwa, enamored with Tetsuo, marries him, only to face turmoil as he remains infatuated with Jung-Hwa, leading to their divorce. Meanwhile, the youngest, Mi-Hwa, dreams of a singing career while being entangled in a romantic affair with a married man. The family's struggles highlight themes of love, identity, and ambition.
