This documentary chronicles the journeys of three remarkable individuals: Michael Dillon, the first to transition from female to male; Robert Cowell, a former Spitfire pilot who became Britain’s first male-to-female transition; and the pioneering plastic surgeon Sir Harold Gillies. Dillon, initially known as Laura, convinced Gillies to perform the unprecedented operation, paving the way for Cowell to begin their own transformative journey.
