Plot

Residents of Saitama Prefecture, long oppressed by Tokyo's disdain, rise up to reclaim their autonomy. With the help of Momomi Hakuhodo (Fumi Nikaido) and the Saitama Liberation Front, they successfully abolish the laissez-passer system, restoring a sense of normalcy to their lives. However, the victory is short-lived as the Liberation Front sets its sights on a new, ambitious objective.
