Plot
Haunted by guilt, an older brother rescues his troubled younger sibling from a mental institution following a suicide attempt. Determined to help him regain mental stability, he engages in personal interactions. However, the younger brother remains tormented by visions of a deceased twin and repeatedly echoes the chilling question, "Do I stand before the king?" As their bond deepens, it becomes increasingly clear that the older sibling may be spiraling into the depths of his brother's madness, risking his own sanity in the process.
