Plot

Mike drifts through life in a quaint New Jersey suburb, caught in a routine that feels both familiar and stagnant. His days consist of mundane tasks—walking a neighbor's dog, reconnecting with an old friend, or enjoying a hockey game—each a reminder of his solitary existence. When a chance meeting with his former schoolmate Mark presents an unexpected opportunity, Mike is invited to take over Mark's walking tour job in Philadelphia while he travels to Poland. Though the scenery changes and the sun shines brighter, Mike still grapples with his signature awkwardness and a sense of inertia in this new chapter.
