Plot

Matt Walsh, a co-founder of the Upright Citizens Brigade, directs this entirely improvised comedy featuring Glenn “Fitz” Fitzgerald (James Pumphrey). Torn between his band, girlfriend Monica (Abby Elliott), and a drug-dealing side hustle, Fitz's life spirals when his band disbands. Now running a drug operation from his garage, he forms an unexpected friendship with 16-year-old Jimmy (Dylan O’Brien). As Fitz's former bandmates (Zach Woods, Matt L. Jones, Lizzy Caplan) achieve fame and a drug deal goes south, he embarks on a chaotic road trip with Jimmy, unaware of the surprise awaiting him back home from Monica.
