Plot

Amid the chaos of the Civil War, three Confederate soldiers break free from a Union prison camp in Missouri. Their freedom is short-lived as they are captured by pro-Confederate raiders, who compel them to serve as outriders for a civilian wagon train carrying Union gold from Santa Fe to St. Louis. Tasked with guiding the wagons into a trap set for Union forces, the trio finds their loyalty tested when one soldier begins to question the mission and its moral implications. Tensions rise as they grapple with duty and conscience.
