Plot

In the year 141 A.D., the Roman province of Dacia is gripped by fear as a comet streaks across the sky, interpreted by astrologers as an omen of doom. Amidst growing panic, a deadly epidemic decimates the canton soldiers in a nearby fort, leaving overwhelmed doctors scrambling for answers. With casualties rising, Centurion Marcus leads a band of explorers—Aquila, Tertius, and Nerva—on a daring mission beyond the empire's frontier. Tasked by Prefect Cornelius Fulvius, they venture into the uncharted lands of the Free Dacians, seeking a remedy to combat the plague ravaging their ranks.
