Plot

Con artists Calvin Churchill and Clip McGurk are experts at rigging horse races and boxing bouts. However, Calvin yearns to turn his life around and reconcile with his estranged wife. Before he can pursue redemption, the duo must outsmart a relentless IRS agent while simultaneously swindling a group of aviation investors out of their funds for a daring balloon trip into the stratosphere.
