Plot
John Brant, wrongfully convicted of murder, makes a daring escape and finds refuge in the Wild West. After evading local law enforcement, he unwittingly aligns himself with a gang of outlaws. As he bonds with a fellow outlaw named Jones, Brant learns that Jones is the true culprit behind the crime for which he was imprisoned, oblivious to the fact that Brant is innocent. Tensions rise when Jones develops feelings for the same charming shopgirl as Brant and begins to question his new companion's loyalty, setting the stage for inevitable conflict.
