Plot
Erroll Babbage dedicates his life to monitoring sex offenders, employing methods that often tread a fine line between justice and brutality. When he discovers a connection between a disturbed parolee and the vanishing of a local girl, he teams up with a new partner to dive into the shadowy world of the S&M underground. Racing against time, they must navigate this perilous subculture to rescue the girl before she becomes another tragic victim. Tension mounts as they confront the darkness lurking within both the criminals and their own tactics.
