Shrieker (1998)

Plot

Clark, a mathematics student played by Tanya Dempsey, believes she’s struck gold with a unique housing arrangement among squatters in a derelict hospital. Welcomed into their eclectic community, she must adhere to strict rules, including secrecy about her living situation. However, her excitement quickly turns to horror when she learns of the hospital's dark past: a string of gruesome murders linked to an elusive "shrieking killer" from the 1940s. As tension mounts, Clark realizes that someone among the residents is attempting to resurrect the demonic entity known as the "Shrieker," unleashing a terrifying threat.
