Plot
Willy Nilly and Hercules Glub, two barbers struggling to attract customers at their shop on an Indian reservation, unexpectedly find themselves thrust into a diplomatic role. When a white patron requests a shave, members of the Oopadoop nation mistakenly believe they are ambassadors and send them to represent their interests at a Geneva peace conference. Meanwhile, scheming executive Winkelreid aims to sabotage their efforts. Complications arise when the seductive Dolores and fierce Fifi become infatuated with Nilly and Glub. Despite Winkelreid's theft of crucial documents, the duo perseveres, only to confront chaos at the conference.
