Plot

Captain Tom "Outlaw" Waters finds himself entangled in a covert Defense project utilizing virtual reality, led by the enigmatic Colonel Anderson and General Breslaw. As two of his fellow pilots perish during simulator tests under mysterious circumstances, Waters grows increasingly paranoid about a potential conspiracy among his superiors. Doubts creep in, even regarding his romantic partner, Caitlin Cole. As he delves deeper, the line between reality and simulation blurs, forcing Waters to confront the truth behind the deadly project and protect himself from those he once trusted.
