Plot

During the Christmas season, a collection of quirky Hollywood personalities cross paths. Central to the story is a songwriter who arrives in Los Angeles to collaborate on an album for a singer. Unbeknownst to him, financing for this project comes from his estranged father, a wealthy dairy mogul eager for reconciliation. As the songwriter encounters an eccentric housewife who believes she embodies a contemporary Greta Garbo, his carefully constructed fantasies begin to unravel, forcing him to confront his reality and familial ties.
