Plot
Hunt Stevenson, an auto worker in western Pennsylvania, finds himself in a tough spot when a Japanese corporation takes over his plant. Tasked with bridging the cultural divide, he navigates the tensions between the Japanese plant manager and a self-serving employee vying for power. Meanwhile, veteran union members resist the stringent demands of the new Japanese quality standards. As Hunt attempts to unite two distinct corporate philosophies, he faces the challenge of reconciling loyalty to his roots with the need for adaptation in an evolving industry landscape.
